Welcome to Gwangwa Community Day Secondary School (GCDSS) in Ntchisi district. As the government school, the Ministry of Education Science and Technology provides policy guidance and direction on all education, science and technology issues. 
The role of the Gcdss Headteacher is to closely work with students, parents, staff, teachers, school management team and school volunteers in promoting  academic,  personal, cultural, and social development of Gcdss students. The school headteacher also facilitates various development activities at the school in collaboration with the school development committee.
